President Trump has signed a slew of devastating executive orders attacking our environment, health, and clean energy jobs — including declaring an “energy emergency,” greenlighting drilling off our coasts and in the Arctic Refuge, and withdrawing from the Paris Climate Agreement.

These actions are intended to drive more dirty energy profits for Trump’s oil industry allies and leave the American public and our environment to bear the consequences. We need to show them that we’re not backing down.

Some of these orders can be much more easily implemented by the president than others, and many direct federal regulators to take actions that may be illegal. And many will require action from Congress to make them a reality.
