Protect our forests from the administration’s attacks

The Trump administration is pushing to open nearly 50 million acres of national forests to destructive logging and road building by repealing the Roadless Rule — yet another assault on our public lands to make corporations richer. The administration's U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) will be seeking public comments on their ruinous proposal for just a few days. We need as many people as possible to speak out NOW.

Tell the Trump administration to reverse its plans to open up our forests to destructive logging.

The Trump administration is pushing to open nearly 50 million acres of national forests to disastrous logging and road building by repealing the critically important Roadless Rule — yet another assault on our public lands to make corporations richer.

The administration's U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) will be seeking public comments on their ruinous proposal for just a few days. We need as many people as possible to speak out NOW.

Gutting the Roadless Rule would endanger wildlife habitat, imperil recreation areas, threaten drinking water sources, and worsen climate change. Despite what the administration says, eliminating the rule will not protect communities from wildfire impacts and could actually increase the risk of fire.

We are not letting our forests go without a fight. Submit your comment before it’s too late.
