Submit a public comment saying NO to polluted waterways

The Trump administration's EPA has proposed a new rule that guts Clean Water Act protections for many U.S. waters and makes it easier for corporations to pollute them.
The EPA is seeking public comments on this ruinous proposal until January 5, 2026 — make your voice heard in opposition to any and all attempts to gut clean water protections.
The Clean Water Act was already weakened by the Supreme Court in the 2023 Sackett v. EPA decision. The EPA’s latest proposal will further increase flood risks, harm wildlife habitat, and degrade drinking water sources for millions of Americans.
Access to clean water is a basic human right, no matter your race, income, or zip code. And our waterways are so interconnected that weakening federal protections for wetlands and streams anywhere will have a deep impact on clean water across the country, virtually defeating the purpose of the Clean Water Act.
Submit your comment in defense of clean water for all before the deadline.
