Tell the EPA you oppose their latest attempt to gut clean water protections. Deadline: Feb. 17

Bob Wick/Bureau of Land Management
A dangerous new Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proposal would drastically restrict the rights of states and Tribes to deny or modify oil and gas pipelines and other federally-permitted projects that harm their own drinking water sources, rivers, and wetlands.
The proposed rule would fast-track polluting projects, harming states and Tribes while denying their input in the process.
This is yet another industry giveaway by the EPA — and we won’t let it stand.
The EPA is accepting public comments on its disastrous proposal until February 17. Send a message of opposition now.
