A dangerous new Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proposal would drastically restrict the rights of states and Tribes to deny or modify oil and gas pipelines and other federally-permitted projects that harm their own drinking water sources, rivers, and wetlands.

The proposed rule would fast-track polluting projects, harming states and Tribes while denying their input in the process.

This is yet another industry giveaway by the EPA — and we won’t let it stand.
