Tell Governor Murphy: We don’t want climate-busting concrete in New Jersey!

No more climate-busting concrete in New Jersey!

Concrete is used to make our buildings, roads, bridges, and so much more. But concrete requires cement – and the cement industry accounts for over 7 percent of GLOBAL carbon dioxide emissions.

The New Jersey State Legislature passed S287 in December, which aims to make cement manufacturing more sustainable and climate-friendly. And the clock is ticking for Governor Murphy to make it New Jersey law.

Urge Governor Murphy to fight climate change and protect residents from pollution by signing S287 before time runs out on January 30th.
