Urge your assembly member to vote YES on the Right to Clean Water Act.

Clean water for millions of Californians is at risk. We’re so close to restoring protections for the state’s wetlands and waterways — but we need your help.
The California State Senate has passed the Right to Clean Water Act (SB 601) which would restore protections for the streams and wetlands we rely on for clean drinking water, storm buffers, wildlife habitats, and more. Now we need the California State Assembly to pass this bill before the session ends on August 31.
This bill will bring back protections that were stripped by a disastrous Supreme Court decision. Every moment of delay is more time that our state’s waters are open to industrial pollution and costly damage. California families could face higher costs from flooding, drinking water treatment, and restoration projects that could be avoided with proper protections.
Tell your assembly member to support clean water for all Californians by voting “AYE” on the Right to Clean Water Act.
